Yes, Our products are only tested on the guys in our company, and no other animals. Grizzly Adam is 100% cruelty-free and we do not test our products on animals. We love all animals (especially grizzly bears).

How much Postage and Packing do you charge?

UK Express Delivery (2 days): £8.99 

UK Standard Delivery (3 – 7 days): £3.99 – All orders under £40

• Domestic Delivery Charge (5-30 days): £1.99 (sometimes this delivery option appears on certain products when we are shipping the item from our overseas warehouse and takes a little longer than normal).

• International Delivery (Approx 5 to 10 working days): We can now ship orders internationally to Europe, New Zealand, United States (US), India, Japan, Singapore, Canada and Australia for £19.99

• International FREE Delivery (Approx 5 to 10 working days): We can now ship orders internationally the New Zealand, United States (US), India, Japan, Singapore, Canada and Australia for FREE when you spend £75+

If you live in a country not mentioned above, please contact us first for a quote and we will do our best to get you a good shipping rate.

We do not ship to BFPO addresses at this time as our products are not covered for damage or loss.

What is the delivery time once I have submitted my order?

With our ‘Same Day Dispatch Guarantee’ (excluding weekends and public bank holidays in the UK) all orders placed before 1.00pm will be dispatched on the day of receipt. Orders placed after 1.00pm are guaranteed to be sent on the next working day. For our express delivery service orders must be placed before 1.00pm Monday to Friday to arrive the next working day. For our standard delivery service we advise approximately 2-3 working days for delivery.

Where do I go if I can’t find the product I want to order?

There are two facilities available to you to search for the products you are looking for. By either typing the product name or description in the ‘Product Search” facility at the top right of any web page, or if you know the product code for the product you are looking for, you can enter the product code into the search bar. You can also shop by category for easy navigation.
