Whilst the outbreak of COVID-19 is causing a wave of uncertainty across the UK, Grizzly Adam UK want to reassure you that we remain here to help you through this complicated time.

Our couriers are experienced and have contingency plans for a number of different scenarios to minimise any disruptions to collections and deliveries, whilst ensuring customer needs are met in the event of localised service disruption.
Grizzly Adam UK are reviewing daily and following the guidance of Public Health England and the World Health Organisation closely for any changes and or updates.
The current situation within the UK is business as usual with minimal impact on the services. This will however change in the future depending on advice and guidance from the expert bodies mentioned above.

All Countries across Europe are experiencing delays and service suspensions to certain areas to minimise the spread of COVID-19.
Austria – COVID-19 Delays and parts Suspended
Our services may experience some temporary delays as a result of limiting the spread of the COVID-19 with services suspended in parts of Tyrol and Carinthia.
Cyprus – COVID-19 Change of Delivery Process
With permission of addressee, POD may be deposited in the addressee’s mailbox or in a secure location on the addressee’s premises, with signature by the mail carrier instead of normal POD process.
Italy – COVID-19 Delays and part suspended
Delays caused across the country to limit the spread or COVID-19.
On March 10, 2020, a new decree by the President of the Council of Minister became effective which saw the areas subject to containment measures extended to the entire country until 3rd of April. These limitations do not apply to the movements of goods, therefore deliveries will still continue but may experience some delays.
